Does anyone know the good of resveratrol and the side effect?
I just want to know if anyone has tried this stuff if so how was your results or if you know of any side effects?

There are no known side effects to resveratrol as it has been tested. Not on single worm or mouse have had issues with resveratrol and, in fact, all the subjects have been healthier for having had taken it.
However, resveratrol is an anti inflammatory and a natural anticoagulant, so if you’re taking blood thinners or are about to have surgery - don’t go overboard!
