Have you ever taken Resveratrol? If so what brand and how do you like it?
What do you think of Resveratrol?
Studies in mice and fish indicate that taking Resveratrol turns back the hands of time, effectively doubling the lifespan of those animals that take it. It supposedly repairs cell and DNA damage. Have we finally found the elusive “Fountain of Youth” in a pill?
What is your experience with this? Does it truly help or does it hurt one who takes it?
