Anybody use Protandim, the anti-aging supplement?

What’s a good anti-aging supplement/food?
My grandma is 78 and looks 58! She’s taking a variety of supplements religiously.
Just wondering if there’s anything anyone can recommend that has kept them youthful, energetic, and with GLOWING SKIN, like my grandmother.
I know there are the goji berry drinks and such things. And of course the raw foods way of eating.
What are your thoughts? What do you live by/take/eat religiously?

What is the best supplement to take for anti aging?
Hi
I have just started taking Aloe Vera in liquid form and I am also taking Omega oils. My diet is inclusive of 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, and I also eat lots of oily fish.
Just wondering if these were fine to slow down aging or if there is something better I could be taking?

What supplements should I take for anti-aging?
My biggest goal in life is to just live as long as possible. I’ve already started drinking almost only water and exercising daily, as well as eating fruits and vegetables much more often. What supplements (like antioxidants, whatever) would be best to put off death as long as possible?
I’m 19 now, by the way.Live “as long as possible”. Of course I’m going to die (though if age-stopping technology is developed during my life, that’s cool too.) And I won’t really mind outliving my friends/family, or at least I don’t think so now.
